Offered Recreational Classes:

KANGAROO & JOEY (18 mos-3 yrs)

A parent & tot class where both participate in the activities. These classes are 30 minutes each.

KINDER ROOS (5 - 6 yrs)

For the child ready to move beyond Tumble Roos & continue improving their motor skills. This class is for boys & girls & is 1 hour long.

NINJA WARRIORS (5 - 10 yrs)

Build strength, flexibility, & ninja skills in fun ways using our various mat types, trampolines, & more! These classes are for boys only & are 1 hour.

TUMBLE ROOS (3 - 5 yrs)

Music, movement, & station combine for an exciting experience for both boys & girls. These classes are 45 minutes each.

MAT & MIGHTY MEN (6 - 11 yrs)

Beginning & advanced levels designed to build skills & strength. Parallel bars, vault, single bar, floor, & rings are taught using progressions. This class is for boys only for 1 hour.

SUPER NOVAS   (Invite only)

A coach may invite a child who is ready for more, developmentally, but 
Shooting Stars isn't quite right placement yet. This class is by invite & for girls only; classes are 1 hour.

FLIP FLOPS (7+ with basic skills)

This class is for those only wanting to learn or improve tumbling skills. It is a perfect class for cheerleaders, Poms, or extra tumbling practice. Flip Flops is open to boys & girls for 1 hour. Basic Skills required for enrollment: unassisted cartwheel, handstand, & bridge/backbend.

BLAZING STARS (6+ yrs)

This class is a beginner level II class that builds & reinforces skills taught in Shooting Stars. Blazing Stars is a girls only class & is 1 hour.

SHOOTING STARS (6+ yrs)

This beginning level is designed to build strength, skills, & provide basic knowledge on vault, bars, beam, floor, & trampoline. Shooting Stars is girls only & classes are 1 hour.

SOARING & RISING STARS (7+ yrs)

An advanced class for those who are ready for the next level of skills & to improve their strength & flexibility. Skills begin to be grouped together into beginning 'routines'. Soaring & Rising Stars is for girls only & these classes are 1.5 hours.

SENSORY SUNDAYS (18 mos- 10 yrs)

These classes are designed for neurodiverse children including developmental delay, attention deficit, autism, hyper/over stimulation, gross motor development, fear of movement, & more!
